These terms apply to appliance repair appointments, diagnostic visits, approved repair work and related services provided by Appliance Repair Kyle.

Repair work begins with the information provided by the customer and, when required, an in-home diagnosis of the appliance.
Customers should provide accurate contact information, the appliance type and a description of the reported problem when requesting service.
The reported symptom does not always identify the failed component. Inspection and diagnosis may be required before repair options can be determined.
Repair work is performed after the applicable work and pricing have been communicated and the customer has authorized the repair.
Pricing & payment

Repair warranty
Qualifying completed repairs are covered under the applicable 90-day parts and labor warranty. Warranty coverage applies to the original qualifying repair and is subject to the conditions described on our Warranty page.

Inform the technician of known appliance conditions, previous repairs or other relevant information that may affect diagnosis or service.
Service limitations
Service may be delayed, stopped or declined when conditions at the property or appliance create an unreasonable safety risk or prevent appropriate access to the equipment.
Appliance Repair Kyle may decline repair work when an appliance, installation, required part or existing condition makes the requested work unsuitable or impractical to perform.
Limitations

Customers remain responsible for conditions or failures unrelated to the work performed, including separate appliance problems that were not part of the authorized repair.
